We use a combination of double and triple bellowed air springs for maximum performance. For tight of space chassis, we use our newly developed slim double bellowed air springs

Almost all AirREX strut kit come with tailored camber adjustable top mounts for additional adjustments

EXTREME TESTING

Each spring is tested for max load & pressure combined with correctly valved dampers. Every strut kit is also subjected to rigourous testing undergoing extreme environment simulation. ALL AirREX KITS ARE ROAD LEGAL APPROVED IN CH AND EU by DTC AG.

AIR SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

AirREX offer two types of management to control your air suspension system – Pressure controlled and height controlled. Both are available pre-boxed to save installation time or in component form for custom installs.

PRESSURE SYSTEM

Our pressure-based management monitors strut air pressure to determine the ride-height. It allows connection to iOS/Android smart phones (AirREX app functions include “all up/down” and “rise at start”. The AirREX pressure-based system can be upgraded to height level sensors at any time.

HEIGHT LEVEL SENSORS

AirREX “Height Level Sensor” management monitors and maintains ride-height by using height sensors to check the suspension travel (heighest/lowest point). It provides 100% height sensor function ability with iOS/Android App including “rise on start”.

Our operating system includes a warning function in case of failure of the electronic system and a function that blocks the height adjustment while driving. Adjustments using the wireless remote control can only be made when the vehicle is stationary.
